MSO7062TD is about to replace MSO5022S

MSO5022S is under stop-production within months, new replaced model MSO7062TD will be introduced.

 

MSO7062TD combines 60MHz bandwidth digital storage oscilloscope, and 100MHz bandwidth logic analyzer into one device, fufills 1GS/s sample rate.
